Who is eligible?
- The organization must have a valid 501(c)(3) federally tax-exempt status with the U.S. Government.
- Your group must be local and benefit the community in which a Rack Room Shoes store is located.
- Only one Rack Room Shoes Gives donation card is allowed per year, per organization.
How to Apply
If your charitable organization would like to be considered for a $100 Rack Room Shoes Gives donation card, please complete the application. This donation card is to be used as a raffle or auction item at a fundraiser and expires 90 days after your special event.
Eligibility Requirements

- The card must be used for the purpose of fundraising, as a raffle or auction item.
- Supporting materials must be provided: letter, brochure or hand out promoting your event.
